Ingredients

  • 400g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 300g fresh egg noodles
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
  3. Pour sauce over cooked beef and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes as it thickens.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the wok and toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
