- 300g fresh egg noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
- Pour sauce over cooked beef and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes as it thickens.
- Add cooked noodles to the wok and toss everything together until well combined.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
