Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to boil then remove from heat and let sit 10-12 minutes
  2. Transfer eggs to ice water bath for 5 minutes, then peel under cool running water
  3. Slice eggs lengthwise, remove yolks to bowl and arrange whites on serving platter
  4. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper until smooth
  5. Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites and garnish with paprika and herbs
