- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar

Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to boil then remove from heat and let sit 10-12 minutes
- Transfer eggs to ice water bath for 5 minutes, then peel under cool running water
- Slice eggs lengthwise, remove yolks to bowl and arrange whites on serving platter
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper until smooth
- Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites and garnish with paprika and herbs
