- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Beat in egg and vanilla until well combined
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined
- Divide dough in half – mix peanut butter into one portion
- Drop alternating spoonfuls of both doughs onto baking sheets
- Use a knife to gently swirl the two doughs together
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set
- Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks

- Chill dough for 30 minutes if it feels too soft
- Store in airtight container for up to 5 days
