  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  4. Stir in the heavy cream and return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Mix everything together until well combined. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
